The debug.log URL you shared is showing that it is firewall protected, so somewhere at your end you are restricting access to that URL. Can you open it up please?
The screenshot you shared is that of the content of the product feed URL (which is something different than the debug.log URL). The screenshot is showing that your feed is empty, there are no products in there. Most likely that is because of a feed configuration issue. We have listed all of those possible reasons here: https://adtribes.io/help-i-have-none-or-less-products-in-my-product-feed-than-expected/
what is your ip address so i do that
86.82.104.51
now check that please
Thanks for this. I can now open the debug.log URL. It seems you have multiple feeds configured. What is the URL of the feed this issue concerns?
check this url why its not showing variations? can you come on zoom or skype to resolve this issue by this way wasting my time
no i just need help for google not for facebook
actually i have upc code for some products but some not have so how its works without that?
You are asking a lot of questions which is quit confusing, can we focus on one issue at a time?
You asked me to have a look at this txt file and why it doesn’t contain variations: https://tysjewelers.com/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/txt/t5PN0vZ54d3oWfiMfo3LhXXpqE2Ie3Qg.txt
I had a look at it and the feed DOES contain variations. Just check for all products that have an item_group_id in that txt feed, those are product variations.
yes but on google in when i upload many says gtin issue how i resolve that?
if i dont have upc
GTIN numbers have nothing to do with product variations?
Anyhow, there are no GTIN’s in your feed. When Google notifies you that your products are being disapproved because of missing GTIN’s than you would have to add those to your feed. Do you have GTIN’s on your product edit pages for your products?
not have gtin
Is Google really disapproving of your products (giving you red warnings) or just giving you notifications (yellow warnings) that it is better to add GTIN’s? When the warnings are yellow you can just ignore them. When the warnings are red Google is really expecting you to add official valid GTIN’s to your feed.
Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved or our support is no longer required we will close this topic for housekeeping reasons.
