 * Thank you for your reply, Fahim. I appreciate that you made no excuses nor tried
   to defend obvious areas for improvement. Good support for a plugin, and good 
   people behind the plugin are just as important as the plugin’s functionality;
   your reply demonstrates both qualities and compels me to increase the rating 
   to 3-star. You guys have a great product in the making. Keep up the improvements,
   and WP Mega Menu may be one of the most popular plugins in the repository. Thanks
   again.
