What I like most about Smartsupp is how it combines live chat, chatbots, and visitor tracking in one intuitive platform. The ease of use and the ability to automate conversations while keeping a human touch is a big advantage

While Smartsupp is very effective overall, I think some advanced customization and integrations could be improved. In particular, having more flexibility in chatbot flows and deeper analytics would make the platform even more powerful for growing businesses.

I use Smartsupp to automate our customer support with its AI chatbot and email capabilities. It's significantly improved our customer communications by automating responses, answering FAQs, and sending notifications so we don't miss inquiries—24/7. I love how easy it is to use and integrate. Smartsupp goes beyond other services because it's also multilingual. It automatically adapts to the customer's language without setup, which is impressive. It's easy to integrate and user-friendly, making it suitable for people without technical experience. It enables businesses to integrate features without extra developer costs. The multilingual feature, in particular, is a standout as it automatically responds in customers' languages out of the box.

**What do you dislike about Smartsupp?**

I think Smartsupp could be improved by adding email ticketing. If it could convert incoming emails into numbered tickets and send automated responses like 'email received' or 'your ticket number is…', that would make it much more engaging and advanced. Also, a knowledge base feature would be great—something that lets customers access documented support in one central place. It would help Smartsupp users make more informed and engaging decisions, allowing support teams to easily share help articles and guide users through solutions using documentation.

Smartsupp is an extremely powerful and user-friendly solution for customer service and communication with website visitors. The setup is quick and straightforward, and the user interface is very intuitive, so you can find your way around immediately – even without technical knowledge.

Particularly noteworthy is the combination of live chat, chatbot functions, and visitor tracking. This provides valuable insights into user behavior and allows you to address customers specifically and proactively. The automation functions save a tremendous amount of time while simultaneously improving response speed and service quality.

The performance is stable, the app (both web and mobile) works reliably, and notifications arrive in real-time. Another big plus is the very competent and helpful support, which responds quickly and offers practical solutions.

Smartsupp is ideal for small and medium-sized businesses, but also for larger teams that want to elevate their customer service to a professional level. Overall, an excellent tool with a very good price-performance ratio – absolutely recommendable!

At the beginning, it was somewhat difficult because I initially had trouble correctly adding the necessary knowledge to the AI bot. Setting up the knowledge base required some time and familiarization. However, after this initial phase, the system works very well and provides a clear added value.

Smartsupp is really interesting to use. It has an easy, user-friendly interface and feels fast, smart, reliable, and simple to set up. I’ve tried many other software options similar to Smartsupp, but I’ve come to realize that Smartsupp is by far the best among them all.

I honestly don’t dislike anything about this software. For me, there’s nothing negative to say. My experience using it has been the best so far.

The real-time visitor monitoring is excellent; I can see exactly which pages my customers are browsing. Also, the implementation was very quick and easy, allowing me to be ready to respond to questions almost immediately.

The monthly subscription feels a bit high for a smaller e-shop, especially when starting out. I’m also still in the process of fine-tuning the settings to encourage more visitor engagement, as no one has used the chat in the first days.

The setup is simple and if you don't know something, you can ask MiraAI on the website. They will explain everything clearly. And most importantly, with great patience.
