Airframe transforms fragmented software decisions into institutional foresight -- predictive, compounding & defensible.
About us
Airframe is built for the teams running AI transformations. The people translating company strategy into deployments, the ones answering for what's been spent and what it's producing, the ones holding the rollout together when something quietly stops working. We bring clarity to every AI decision a team makes. The buys, the builds, the consolidations, the experiments, the rollouts that work and the ones that quietly don't. Every team in the agent era is making thousands of these calls a year, and the difference between making them well and making them on instinct compounds across a year of decisions. The foundation is a continuously-mapped dataset of 17,000+ AI tools, 114,000+ deployment case studies, and 221,000+ companies. Field engineers translate that intelligence into the workflows the team actually runs. The vendor and customer adoption graph makes the patterns legible. The product meets you where the work happens, inside the browser, the terminal, and the chat interfaces your team already uses. Decisions get made faster, cheaper, and sharper, at the volume the agent era keeps demanding. We're a team of experienced founders, builders, and investors, united by a shared belief that: today’s AI decisions will shape tomorrow’s leaders, and the future of AI is built better, together. If you’re excited about being at the forefront of AI transformation, tackling meaningful challenges, and joining a strong, growing team, let’s chat - we're hiring! Reach us at hello@airframe.ai

✨ Better late than never! We’re so excited to formally welcome Dria Lee to the Founding Engineering team here at Airframe! Dria is driving the future of Airframe’s front-end product and engineering, from shipping high-quality features and building pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces to performance optimization and setting a high bar for engineering excellence with TypeScript. She’s also worn the PM hat here at Airframe, helping shape product direction and execution alongside our engineering work. Before joining, Dria spent two years at Firework, working across product and engineering to deliver new digital experiences. She graduated from Stanford University, where she started out as an Econ major before making the pivot, completing a B.S. in Product Design (AI Track) and a minor in Computer Science in just two years. We’re thrilled to have Dria shaping the user experience and product journey at Airframe as we continue building the platform that helps teams discover, evaluate, and adopt AI smarter and faster. Please join us in welcoming Dria to the team! 🎉

Our CEO is talking about making trust-based buying tomorrow at RevOps Village monthly forum. Please sign up to join. https://buff.ly/Cn4wK6o
Software buyers want their power back. We are all looking for insights we can trust. Low trust, high friction, and constant confusion is prevalent in picking vendors and managing internal stakeholders. It's also no wonder that GTM cost is high and CAC paid back >1 year for all software innovators. I have interviewed 250+ buyers of software from big name CIOs to first time Directors. It's perhaps not surprising but they really don't want to be stuck in someone's MEDDIC, BANT, CHANT, Challenger, or whatever the sales process. They start their journey by asking their friends first, "what are you using?" They don't look at reviews, don't talk to analysts, and don't believe vendor claims. In this new noisy world, connecting humans together to find truth as we augment the discovery via ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok is ever more important. Excited that Anne Pao, a senior veteran RevOps executive is hosting this panel to discuss about the importance of making trust-based buying. Please join tomorrow. Come hear my fellow panelists Mollie B. and Lindsay Tjepkema; they have a lot of insights and tips to share on how to research and select the right tools to solve your business needs. https://buff.ly/Cn4wK6o

Welcome Jim Renaud, our new Head of Design! We’re so excited to have you on board.
Thrilled to welcome Jim Renaud as Head of Design at Airframe! Jim is a rare combination of world-class designer, entrepreneur, team builder, dad, husband—and yes, a unicorn. From our very first conversation, his depth, range, and clarity of thinking stood out. Jim’s track record speaks volumes: 🎨 Marketing design at Facebook 🚀 New product designs at Asana 🎯 Brand leadership at Coursera 👥 Scaled the design team to 20+ at StockX 🏗️ Founding VP Design at Transform (from garage to acquisition by dbt Labs) 🤖 Most recently started FinalFinal™ that did comm work for Anthropic I was searching for a design partner with exceptional taste—across product and brand—and an intuitive grasp of social, SaaS, marketplaces, and agentic systems. Someone with seniority and experience, but still hands-on, hungry about winning, and humble. Someone who also cares deeply about balancing career with family needs and has incredible side passions (Jim loves collecting soccer cards and vinyl records). Everyone told me I was being unrealistic. That I’d have to compromise. But then we met Jim. And we knew. 🙌 Ryan Bubinski and I are beyond grateful that he’s bringing his creative energy, curiosity, and conviction to Airframe. We’re building something that matters—and having him help shape it from the beginning is a dream. If you’ve worked with Jim, you already know. If you’re curious about what we’re building at Airframe, reach out to Jim or me. We have open roles and a mission that makes room for exploration, mistakes, and our proudest work. Welcome aboard, Jim! Kicking things off together at our first offsite this week—let’s go. 💥 — P.S. Deep thanks to Amanda Gregg for introducing us to Jim, to May Babraitis for connecting me to Amanda, and to Qinfeng Chen (my Company Ventures residency cohort mate) for volunteering to help me tap the incredible Palantir Technologies network. I’m constantly inspired by the brilliance and generosity of the Palantir and Asana alum communities. Thank you for your love and support. 🙏
