  • We’re proud to celebrate the start of construction for three major transportation projects in Loudoun County, Virginia! Our team is providing full construction engineering and inspection services at each site to improve connectivity, mobility, and safety across the county. Picture 1: The Crosstrail Boulevard Segment C project will extend the roadway between Sycolin Road and the Dulles Greenway, linking to the existing Shreve Mill Road interchange and improving regional connectivity. Picture 2: The new W&OD Trail overpass will create a grade separation at Sterling Boulevard, eliminating the existing crossing to provide safer, uninterrupted access for approximately 2,000 pedestrians and bicyclists each day. Picture 3: Improvements at the Route 7/690 interchange include construction of a new interchange, two roundabouts at new ramp terminals, a shared-use path, and reconstruction of the existing Route 690 bridge over Route 7 to enhance mobility and traffic flow. This project will transform the existing compact diamond interchange into a diverging diamond interchange (DDI) to accommodate increasing traffic demand associated with the Cordes Ranch Specific Plan development and surrounding growth. Designed to improve mobility now and into the future, the new interchange will help reduce congestion, improve traffic flow throughout the corridor, divert highway traffic away from local roadways, and enhance safety for motorists. Our team is proud to provide construction management services for a project that will strengthen connectivity and help prepare the region’s infrastructure for continued growth.
