Excited to share that Madison Faulkner is stepping down from Factory's Board of Directors to join us as Head of Strategic Initiatives. It is exceedingly rare for an investor to join a portfolio company. It takes unprecedented* conviction for a Board Director - one that led the Series B - to join. Madison is a polymath. A world-class engineer, leader, investor, and operator, all in one. I remember our first meeting. Her conviction in the autonomous Software Factory was so aligned with our own that I thought she had somehow found our internal-only strategy docs. The Factory team is truly honored to have her on board. Just a few weeks in and she has already been kicking ass and taking names. Excited to share more on some of these new initiatives soon :)
