DSL manages Oregon’s waterways, wetlands, and state‑owned lands that help fund our public schools. Their work protects essential natural and financial resources that benefit Oregonians now and into the future. The Risk Analyst will serve as DSL’s lead expert on risks related to the stewardship of Oregon’s submerged and submersible lands. This includes developing analytical tools and methods to identify, assess, and address economic, environmental, social, and legal risks tied to the use of state‑owned waterways.
