    Our TPG Asia Real Estate team recently attended PERE’s Asia Summit in Singapore, taking part in many discussions on the private real estate landscape and the emerging trends that will impact the real estate industry over the next decade. Steven Cha, Partner and Head of TPG Asia Real Estate, also joined a panel discussion on the APAC opportunity for real estate investing. Speaking to the changing dynamics in the region, Steven touched on the importance of asset selection and diversification to support risk management and value enhancement, as well as the high conviction sectors, including logistics, data centers, living, and alternative sectors that are driving regional growth.
