I just placed an order using your app. All was well till the check out step. I’m a passport member and I was charged a shipping charge. I could not find a way to let your app know this information. Suggest adding a simple check to say Passport member Yes or no. I called and your helper was great and he informed me that passport is connected to the Email address. So again one small suggestion include in your list of questions part of your order Enter Email address! Just saying. Additional during my call I realized that in spite of doing business with you regularly and regularly receiving emails my email address on record was complete nonsense. Letters and numbers and absolute weird stuff! Got it taken care of thanks to Cliff. Hope this will help me during my Xmas ordering! Thank you. Maria Teresa Conti.
Changing Credit Card

In fairness, let me start by saying that I have never had the problem with this app before that I’ve had today. It has usually worked pretty well. However…This app drove me insane today. I needed to add a credit card. I was not given any option except using the camera mode. It took over a dozen tries for it to get all the numbers right. It took me through the rest of the information needed and when I finally got to the end, there was a cute message: “Oops! Your credit card information is incorrect.” It did not save my information. I tried again. Same result. Once more. Same result. I changed credit cards and tried again. Same result. Changed to a card that was not American Express. Same result - every time needing 6 to 12 tries to get the number right. I called their phone number (a help number is included) but when talking to their rep, he needed to start the order over and could not just add a new card. After all that time? No thanks! Too frustrated to start all over. I almost just quit the whole process but decided to try once more. Two more tries in and I finally was given an option to type in the information! Why didn’t the program go to that the first time!!!!! I finally got it finished and the order was placed. To be honest, I’m not even checking to see if the app kept my new card number. If it’s not there, I might just delete it (except that I paid for the Celebrations program)! Anyway, I’m hoping that everything worked and my friend will get her flowers at her new place next week. From the beginning of selecting the flowers to finally getting a message that indicated the order had successfully gone through, it’s taken an hour or more. That’s kind of crazy. Celebrations, please fix your camera, or fix the “type it in yourself” option, I beg you!!! Thanks.
App isn’t the best & customer service doesn’t always follow through

Initially, I enjoyed the app, and packages would get to the proper people when they were sent. Then 2023, I had an order that never got to where it needed to go. I would call customer service and they would say to me that they would find another delivery person. It’s been on for days and then turned into weeks and then I finally canceled my order, but they never refunded me. Matter of fact, they charge me double. 😖 After multiple calls, trying to get that order out then trying to cancel and get my refund was ridiculous. Finally, had someone refund my order canceled and then I finally got my refund. So sayer that I decided I had enough. I decided to cancel my Celebrations subscription. Customer service said that they would cancel it. Well, the account was supposed to be canceled for the year and instead of canceling it they charge my credit card for the subscription. So I’m trying again to have it cancelled & credit my account. Wish me luck! This is not worth the headache…

I enjoy the variety of products offered and it's never difficult to find a gift.However, you don't offer the ability to save a product as a favorite. There are tons of specific items that I would like to send to different recipients at different times of the year but it's next to impossible to remember so many different products.Sometimes I'll take a screenshot but I'm not always able to. If I could save a product as a favorite that would definitely make my shopping experience more enjoyable.I also noticed that when you use the search tool you don’t have the ability to sort the results in order of price from low to high or vice versa.
