This app is the best app that I’ve ever found with ethnic clothing of such great variety and styles for the whole family I am so excited to have found this I have shared it with everyone I know and the deals are awesome buy one get three free you can’t find that no where I end up with four items for the price of one that is beyond awesome and the clothes are cute and the fabric is great quality you just have to know what you’re buying so you make sure if you were buying a top that does not have sizes like small medium large then you have to put in the stitching size and you have to look at the chart to find the right sizing because this was made for Indian people the sizes run small so for Americans we definitely have to do a size up anytime we pick something other than it is perfect

I had a really good experience ordering from Mirraw. I needed help with choosing the correct blouse styles and entering all my stitching measurements, and Umar from the support team was very patient and helpful. He guided me step by step and made sure I understood how to submit everything properly.I especially appreciated how responsive he was and how he answered all my questions about sizing and design changes. It made me feel more confident placing my order. The process for custom stitching was much easier than I expected.Overall, I’m happy with the service and looking forward to receiving my outfit. I would order again and recommend Mirraw to others who want custom-stitched traditional wear.

Before I made the purchase, I made sure to read the return policy. I got the dress and the quality of the fabric was great. It was exactly like it was in the picture, however, it did not fit well. I started the return process and revived a confirmation email that explain the next step. The following day, I received another email from their Customer Service who advised that I would not be able to return because of the custom fee, or something like that. I spend over a month trying to replace my item but they denied and offered 10% refund and keep the product that I am not going to wear as it does not fit. I share with them a screenshot of what was indicated in their website and explained my purchase was based on their return policy that allows to do a return but they said no.I am disappointed on their lie and my first experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I was going to purchase more dresses but I decided to stop shopping with them because of my first experience!

I ordered two sarees with them along with satin peticoat and blouse stitched. Gave my size to them blouse fitting was not good gave them benefit of doubt that I did not have them proper measurements had to spend double the money to get it altered. The peticoats I received are too tight. And the quality of stitching of one over the peticoat is shabby . I contacted them about it and they asked me to write an email about it. According to them they did not receive the email. Wrote them back. Then they ask me to send the pictures with measuring tape on it. Did what ever they asked for never received any response from them till date. Meanwhile I placed another order with them to be delivered in India. Received only one order on time the rest never received on time. Had ordered readymade blouse and jewelry set with them. Contacted them before receiving the order itself that I will not be in town for two weeks and will not be able to follow their return policy, since it’s their fault not to send me the order on time they need to extend the return date. The order was received when I was out of town. When I came back , the color of the blouse was completely different and the quality jewelry terrible . I would get that kind on the rad side with 10time less money. They did return my order, but now they have credited my refund in the wallet. I had been asking them to refund the money in the same form which I paid in, no response! With these two experiences I do not intend to buy anything from them. The quality of their products is below standard what their price are!I would never recommend anyone to use them !
