I love Napoleon Total War Gold Edition. However, just now for some reason when I went into another country it worked for a couple days, but one day when I tried to open it the game said “Napoleon Total War - Gold Edition quit unexpectedly. I do not know how to fix this nor why it happened. If someone could help me figure out why this is happening right now, could you pleaase tell me. Thanks, by the way I have a 5 star rating on this game because the gameplay is just amazing. But I just would like to know why this is happening. Thank you very much. Again, it is an incredible game.

Recently came back to this game after years of not playing. I think the AI in vastly improved from what it was when the game was released. The AI actually attacks now, such as running cavalry around the side of your formation to attack cannons/light infantry. I have a 2019 MacBook Pro and the only issue I have playing this game is that sometimes the audio malfunctions on the campaign map, but the issue resolves when I hit the end turn/next turn button.

This is an amazingly immersive game. I really wasn’t expecting much of it, but its awesome! I have some underwhelming graphics, but this game still runs very well (on medium to high settings). If you could expand the compatibility with mods, that would make this game even more amazing! But, never the less, Overall, this game is amazing!

This game is great… when it doesn’t crash. I would give 5 stars if it weren’t for this. I usually get about halfway through a campaign when it crashes suddenly. This always happens when I end my turn and even after restarting the game I can never proceed from my last saved place.I contacted their support team as recommended and they helped as much as they could but everything they tried made no difference. They told me that a new version of the game would be coming out soon but it’s been almost six months and still nothing.
