Volunteer Agreement

  • I accept the offer of the OWASP Foundation Inc., (the “Company”) to participate as an event volunteer (a “Volunteer”) as part of the event listed below (“Conference”) subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

    I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, losses, expenses, or damages that may be incurred by the Company as a result of me participating in Company events. In particular,

    As a Volunteer who attends a scheduled pre-conference orientation AND works my selected two (2) full shifts, I will receive a single non-transferable admission pass to the conference. I will not receive any compensation for Volunteering at this Event/Conference and I will not be reimbursed for travel expenses incurred while volunteering at the Company’s Conference.
