503 error leads to Spectra issue
-
This morning, cam to open my wordpress dashboard for my moth site – a 503 error. So i started my usual investigation and renamed the plugins folder to plugins-1 and i could get to the dashboard. so i knew it was likely a plugin issue. Renamed plugins-1 back to plugins. Opened the plugins folder and went through them one by one, until i got to this folder – /ultimate-addons-for-gutenberg – renmaed it to /ultimate-addons-for-gutenberg-1 and i could get to the dashboard – great – at least i could sort it….. could now see my dashboard, but 2 things apparent. 1. MY Spectra plugin was deactivated and 2. my web pages, which extensively use Spectra blocks, namely containers and tabs block, were devoid of their formatting, so useless. Tried to reactivate Spectra plugin – bang – the 503 error. So i’m guessing a spectra plugin update haapened, or tried to to, cos everything was fine yesterday, up to midnight last night. my current version of Spectra shows as – Version 2.19.11 | By Brainstorm Force . I am running PHP version 8.4. Can you help, cos my site relies on Spectra blocks? Thanks. Richard.
