Hello, I am reporting this problem that appears from version 9.9.3 of WooCommerce. To solve it I restored WooCommerce to 9.8.5. From this thread it seems that the problem depends on your plugin.

Thanks for coming here today.

We also just found that the WC version 9.9+ doesn’t let the cart discount with capital letter go through. Please change it to lower case to fix the issue temporarily:

We will investigate on this and release a fixed version as soon as possible.
