Just to note I am on 4.0 multisite install and the plugin is activated network wide across 4 sites
Updated the plugin today (01 Oct 14 ) and got the white screen of death 🙁 I’ve since Network deactivated it all is fine now, but need a fix!
I too am using multisite 4.0.
Same fatal error.
I had to restore backup done before!
Thanks to all. Fix for this bug is included to the version 4.17.1
