Thanks for contacting support and trying out WP-Lister.
The “Create Orders” feature is only available in Pro: https://docs.wplab.com/article/43-create-orders-in-woocommerce
If you are using Pro, please send a support ticket in here: https://www.wplab.com/request-support/ and provide us with your dashboard URL and admin login credentials to your site so we can examine what is happening when trying to create a WC order from an eBay sale manually.

I understand this is a Pro feature but I wasn’t sure : I am using this plugin since few month and I just noticed the “Orders” page ; but the “Create order” button maybe should only be displayed for Pro ? Because it’s confusing to have this button that do nothing 🙂

I totally agree. I don’t recall the “Create Order” link ever showing in Lite. I can’t remember for sure. I will double check on this with the developer and let you know.

Yes, the “Create Orders” link should not be visible. We have gone ahead and added a fix to remove that link on the “Orders” page of WP-Lister in the next lite version that is released.
