The plugin may return a fatal error if the same library is used by another plugin installed on your site. In most cases, this conflict is caused by an SVG sanitizer library.
To troubleshoot the issue and activate the plugin, please follow the steps below:
- Deactivate all active plugins via Dashboard > Plugins;
- Activate the Cost Calculator Builder plugin;
- Reactivate the remaining plugins one by one.
If another plugin also triggers a fatal error during this process, please let us know its name. We will install it on our end and work on resolving the conflict.

I have done that but the same problem.
Can you please kindly share your server most recent server error logs? By checking it, we will be able to detect from where this unexpected issue comes on your end. Also, have you tried to install the plugin on a clean and fresh WP environment for testing purposes as well?
