I wonder if you guys plan to add WPML compatibility.

Is that on the development roadmap?

Even if it would be a PRO feature I would pay the money. We have a Woocommerce in 3 languages and the only option we have is sending the same emails but with different sections each in one language. Not a very user friendly mail.

Could WPML compatibility be even an iteration of the “Dynamic Conditions” feature that is already implemented in the Pro version? Using a condition like the “Cart URL > Equals to”. I see here https://cartflows.com/docs/dynamic-email-rules/ that there’s no rule for matching cart URL, but could actually adding this dynamic condition maybe make it work for every Woocommerce installation with WPML?

The cart URL, even if it has the same default slug for each language, – /cart/ – still will have a unique URL because of the language directory /de/, /en/, /es/… a unique parameter ?lang= or a different subdomain.

    Thank you,

    Hi @xbor17 ,

Thanks for reaching out! Currently, the Cart Abandonment Recovery plugin doesn’t have built-in compatibility with WPML or other multilingual plugins. This means emails and abandoned cart tracking will work only in the default language setup.

That said, we’re always looking to improve the plugin, and your suggestion about WPML support is a great idea. You can submit it on our Ideas Board, where other users can vote for it. The more votes an idea receives, the higher its priority in our development roadmap. You can check it out and add your suggestion here: CartFlows Ideas Board

This is the best way to help our team know which features are most important to users like you.

    Best regards,
