    Hi, I didn’t get any link to reset my password when I click on ‘Reset my password’. Is there any setting that I missed? Thank you for your help.

    Hi,

    Please make sure the Password Reset Request template (PR Menu > Email Notifications – User Notifications) is enabled and has the ‘%reset_password_url%’ replacement key added.

    Also, check that the emails are working on your website.

    Hi,
    Thank you for replying. Where can I get the replacement key for ‘%reset_password_url%’? Do I have to create a page for users to enter their new password? Really sorry, I am new to WordPress. Thank you for your help

    Hi,

    The replacement keys can be added using the dropdown for Replacement keys above the template.

    Pie Register creates a Forgot Password page, by default. Go to Pages in your WP admin and search. If you can’t find it, create a new page and then add the Forgot Password Form shortcode (PR Menu > Help – Shortcodes) to it.
