    Could you please share your WordPress version and PHP version, also the post type module you are trying to export? A screen record will be helpful, we will replicate the same scenario locally and will test with the current version

    This is the tutorial I am following: https://diviextended.com/how-to-import-menu-items-from-csv-file-to-divi-restro-menu-plugin/

    but once I click download I get the error:
    file wasn’t available on site
    on the downloads dropdown in chrome

    @crystalpaytondfm it seems like htaccess permission issue. But will that.

    We tried to replicate the issue on our end, and the Module – Menu item appears to be working correctly, as shown in the screenshot https://www.imghippo.com/i/KQiv7413RK.png
    Additionally, can you confirm if you’re using the Divi Restro Menu plugin? If yes, please share your WordPress site info by copying the details from WP Admin > Tools > Site Health > Info and pasting them here.

    Possible Solution:
    Since you’re encountering the “file wasn’t available on site” error, it may be due to incorrect file or directory permissions. Kindly check the permissions for your /wp-content/uploads/ directory and ensure they are set as follows:

    • Folders: 755
    • Files: 644
