• Works with other some other themes, but not all. Definitely seems to be an issue with the theme itself. If you have JetPack plugin installed, go into Appearance / Widgets and drag the “Facebook Page Plugin (Jetpack)” to the sidebar. The title you give it shows up, but none of the Facebook contents from the provided URL. Tried adjusting visibility settings, settings as far as shapes and size, etc… doesn’t work unless I change to other themes, like Twenty Twenty.

  • Hi @nuangel,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to replicate this issue. On my test site, I had Uptown Style and Jetpack active, and I added the “Facebook Page Plugin” widget to the sidebar.

The widget was successfully resolving, as you can see here: https://prnt.sc/u71uba

This, most likely, means that another plugin is conflicting with Uptown Style and/or Jetpack.

Could you please check if all of your plugins, the Uptown Style theme, and WordPress are up to date?

Also, could you please try deactivating all other plugins instead of Jetpack, and see if you can replicate the issue? If the issue is gone, then try activating the plugins one by one to see which one is causing the issue.

Please let me know if any of these troubleshooting steps worked for you.
