    Hi,

This works perfectly for me except one issue. When I go to the User Account page, I can see it has a loading issue and the page’s styles and layout breaks initially and then fixes automatically. Here is the screenshot.

I tried enabling the Twenty Twenty Five theme and even on a different WordPress install.

Is it possible to fix the loading glitch please?

    Thank you.

    Hi @anjanphukan,

    Thank you for your message!

What you’re experiencing is not actually a glitch — it’s a common behavior when page styles are still loading. To enhance the user experience and avoid the brief layout shift, we recommend enabling the Preloader (Loading Animation).

    https://share.zight.com/p9u9dynv

This will display a loading animation until all elements and styles are fully rendered, ensuring a smoother transition.

You can enable the Preloader in MS LMS > Settings > General or page builder options, depending on your setup.

Let us know if you need help finding that setting!

    Best regards

    Hi @ericstylemixthemes

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I am aware of preloaders. But unfortunately not all the clients want to have that on their website. It’s hard to convince them to use it just to cover up the style loading delay. There are other free LMS plugins with more or less the same features but without this issue. And I am sorry to inform you that my very recent client decided to go with a different plugin only because of this issue. This is a shame for me as otherwise Masterstudy is a good plugin. By thay way, the preloader conflicts with something on this client’s website. So unfortunately this preloader is not the permanent solution for me and my clients.

Thank you again for your help.

    Hi @juliastylemixthemes

My client decided to go with LearnPress. But they really liked the time-limited access feature in your plugin.

    Thank you.

    Hi @donstylemixthemes

    Good to hear from you.

It’s a shame for me that I couldn’t use your nice plugin only because of the loading issue and a pre-loader to hide that. I am afraid I cannot use it until it is changed. But that’s okay. I completely understand that such changes takes time. So don’t worry about me now.

I wish you all the best for your future updates.

    Thank you.
