The link provided is to a test site. I’ve installed your plugin on but am having some issues getting things to work properly.

M/D/Y – I have selected the dates to appear in month/date/year order in plugin settings > template. But it still shows on the front end as date/month/year. How can I correct that?

Search Bar – the search bar above the calendar shows up with “Oops! Something went wrong” in the text box. Either that needs to work or it needs to be removed. I tried the shortcode to remove it that was provided in the faqs here, but instead, it added another search bar below the calendar, that one however worked as it should.

Colors – I’ve selected the preferred colors in the theme settings but I’m still getting the blue showing up. I’ve also gone through the settings panel to set those but it doesn’t seem to apply to the front end.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @crysbue,

Here are the answers to your questions.

    – For date formate and colors settings, please clear your server cache and reset file permissions and then try to save the options and check again.

    – For the search bar, please make you have added the Google Map Key in SEP Settings.

Thanks for reaching us out. Let us know if you are still facing any issue so we can further help you.

I have flushed the cache and checked the file permissions. Then went to save the options again. Added in the Google Map Key as well. Yet still nothing is working.

    Hello @crysbue,

It seems some of your installed plugins or theme’s script conflicting with the Simple Event Planner.

Can you please deactivate all the plugins one by one except Simple Event Planner and activate any WP default Twenty theme and then make a try again.

Let us know if your issue still persists so we can further direct you.

    Thanks & Regards,

Thanks for your help. I’ve decided to go with a different events plugin that seems to be more compatible with my theme.

Hmm, am having similar problems to this and seeing this was resolved by using a different plugin isn’t exactly hopeful. Will you be updating the plugin soon?

    Hello @prowebwriter,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Are you talking about the SEP options? If yes then, can you please confirm that your other default WordPress options are working fine?

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Regards,
