    Hi there,

I use NZ Posts eShip to create our shipping labels, and it also includes a option to writeback to Woocommerce and ‘Update using Shipment Tracking plugin’.

This seems to work well, except the tracking carrier icon on the order complete email seems to either be broken, or the ‘icon-default.png’ is very similar to the icon used for a broken icon.

I tried changing the ‘plugins/woo-advanced-shipment-tracking/assets/images/icon-default.png’ to a NZ Post icon for testing, but it still shows up in the customer emails as the blank / broken icon.

Any idea how I can get it to work correctly please?

    Thank you for your help!

    Hello again,

Quick update, it seems replacing ‘plugins/woo-advanced-shipment-tracking/assets/images/icon-default.png’ with the NZ Post logo did work, though not initially… guessing a cache issue.

Is it possible to add an option to set a default logo, rather than having to change it every time the plugin is updated?

    Thanks again for your help!

    Hi @japenz,

    Thanks for the update!

Currently, there’s no built-in option to set a custom default logo for shipping carriers. However, if you’re using the AST PRO plugin, you can map the carrier name provided by eShip to the correct NZ Post carrier. Once mapped properly, the plugin will automatically display the NZ Post logo in the customer email instead of the default icon.

It’s likely that eShip is passing a carrier name that doesn’t exactly match “NZ Post,” which causes the default icon to appear.

    Best regards,
    Gaurav
