Since the plugin updated to the latest version it ‘broke’ the page layout.

We use it with the following shortcode:

    [woo_product_slider id=”5174″]

All rows below this shortcode were then converted to columns and it totally messed up the homepage. We’ve rolled back to 2.6.7 and things are fine again, but something in the latest version is seriously wrong (missing a closing tag somewhere?)

    Please can you fix this.

    Hi @webvirtuoso,

Sorry for the inconvenience. This is really unfortunate that you are facing such an issue. We can confirm you that, we always test the plugin and cross-check the compatibility with the popular themes and plugins before releasing a new version. There are thousands of plugins and this is still possible that some feature may conflict with any other features.

As you have downgraded the version of the plugin, the issue is not visible to us anymore. We would appreciate it if you could update the plugin and share a screenshot of the browser console.

Your understanding and cooperation would be highly appreciated.

    Have a great day!

    Hi @webvirtuoso,

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. But the errors shown in the browser console were not generated or related to the plugin. We will appreciate it if you can share the page link when you update the plugin once again. So that we can check to find out the exact reason for this. You can create a staging site and share the credentials with us. So we can fix it on the staging area and suggest you the solutions.

Your understanding would be highly appreciated.

    Have a great day!

I can’t leave it broken and I don’t have time to set up a staging site. I’ll just disable updates for the plugin and leave it in its working format at 2.6.7.

    Hi @webvirtuoso,

This is really unfortunate. If you update the plugin and the error generates once again, we will appreciate it if you can share a screenshot with us. We didn’t receive any similar reports of error and unable to generate the issue on our local setups. We would appreciate it if you could cooperate with us to identify the issues.

    Have a great day!
