Widgets disappeared

    All the Jetpack widgets have disappeared from one of my sites. i cannot see any jetpack widgets on the widget page to place on my site.

    Not sure when they disappeaared

    Any ideas why they might have disappeared and how to get them back?

    Hi @awr10e – Jetpack is a modular plugin, so you can switch any of the features on/off. You can view the entire list of Jetpack’s modules by following this guide:

    https://jetpack.com/support/control-jetpacks-modules-on-one-page/

    Once you’re there, you can activate/deactivate any modules you wish. 🙂

    Hi! To expand on my colleague’s answer, the Extra Sidebar Widgets feature is currently deactivated on the site, so you’ll need to reactivate it. You currently only have the following Jetpack features active:

    * JSON API
    * Sharing buttons
    * Verification Tools
    * Jetpack Protect

    Thanks very much.

    Am at a loss to how they deactivated, as i didn’t do it, but reset up.

    Could i ask that you make the page that you turn on off features is easier to find from your dashboard. As i wouldn’t have found it without typing in the address provided
