- Verify if there are any rules in your
.htaccess file that could be blocking downloads.
- Try the export in a different browser (for example, Firefox), as some browsers may restrict CSV downloads.
- Confirm whether this issue occurs only for the “Course Categories” taxonomy or if it affects other post types/taxonomies as well.
If the problem still persists, please share your environment details (WordPress version, theme, active plugins, PHP version, and server info) so we can look further into it.
