Hi, I cannot disable the test mode for payment. I try to go live but cannot.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out.

I can see you are using WooCommerce Stripe extension on the website and it’s not allowing you to disable the test mode.

Can you please let me know are you getting any errors while trying to disable the test mode? Also, can you please try to disable all the plugins and switch to the default theme (Storefront or Twenty Twenty) and see if you are able to disable the test mode after that?

It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

Hi there!

I see you have both WooCommerce Stripe Gateway: by WooCommerce – 6.3.0, as well as WooCommerce Payments: by Automattic – 3.8.2 installed and active.

If you’re attempting to disable test mode on Stripe, you can do it form WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > All Payments > Stripe > Settings:

Similarly, for WooCommerce Payments, you can disable test mode under WP Admin > Payments > Settings.
