Hi,
Can you please elaborate on the problem scenario? Have you hide last name on your form? Is the name field marked as required?
Can you please check your Pie Register logs to see if there are any error logs? Pie Register > Help > Error Logs.
Also, do these errors are formed every time or only sometimes?
Thank You
Hi,
You are unable to see the submit button on your registration form? We tested it on an iPhone with two different themes. It works fine! Take a look at these screenshots: https://imgur.com/CkjGymU, https://imgur.com/PBYUS9f
Please deactivate any security and cache-related plugins you’re using, clear your website and server cache, and check.
Also, change your theme to a default WP theme to eliminate theme conflict. Let us know if that fixes the issue.
Thank you
Pie Register SupportHi,
Thank you for bringing this to our view. We have fixed it.
Please download and extract the zip file from here: http://blue.genetechz.com/pieregister_download/pie-register-last-name-error.zip. Replace the modified file of the plugin in your Pie Register plugin directory (wp-content/plugins/pie-register). Make sure your plugin is updated to the latest version 3.8.2.3.
Let us know if the issue is resolved now.
Thank you
Hi,
Unfortunately, we are not aware of any such plugin that can integrate Pie Register fields. Sending birthday emails requires automatically scheduling the email.
Pie Register does offer a Bulk Email addon that allows administrators to schedule emails, but the emails are sent in bulk to multiple users. Pie Register does not support email scheduling for a specific user.
Let us know if you have any further queries.
Thank you
Pie Register SupportHi,
We tested the app, and it works fine. Please note that if the app is active on one device, you cannot connect to it on another device, at the same time.
Thank you

Pie Register SupportHi,
Unfortunately, Pie Register does not support this. Pie Register only lets you add replacement keys for the invitation URL and Blog name in the ‘Invite Through Email’ E-mail template.
Thank you
Pie Register SupportHi,
Can you please clear your browser and server cache and try again?
Also, try opening the store in an incognito window and see if you can access it.
Thank you
Pie Register SupportHi,
Do you want to show the invitation code in the email template that the user used to register? You can accomplish this by adding a replacement key to your email template. Make sure you’ve included an invitation code field in your registration form.
Go to Pie Register > Email Notifications. To add replacement keys to email templates, scroll down to the Replacement Keys drop-down menu and select the invitation code field.

Pie Register SupportHi,
Currently, there is no option to hide or restrict post preview; restrictions are only applied to the post page.
However, we can do custom work for you. It will approximately take 7 working days.
Please let us know if you want us to do custom work.
Thank you
Pie Register SupportHi,
Glad to hear that!
If you don’t mind, could you please take a moment to leave us a 5-Star rating and a good review at the WordPress Directory using the link below? https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/pie-register/reviews/
This will keep our team motivated.

Pie Register SupportHi,
For the first two posts, your configuration settings are correct.
For the first post, you have selected ‘Show to users who have not logged in’, which is correct.
For the second post, you have selected ‘Show to logged in users’, which is also correct.
However, for the third post, you should select both ‘Show to Administrators’ and ‘Show to logged in users’. Since you want your third post to be visible to both administrators and logged in users, you need to select both options. See screenshot: https://imgur.com/kV6gapP
Thank you
Pie Register SupportHi,
Yes, you can use the Pie Register Visibility Restrictions feature on a single post. You can set visibility to ‘Show to Logged-in Users’ and ‘Show to Specific Role’. You can choose as many roles as you want.
Go to Posts > Edit Post > Scroll down to Pie Register Post Restriction section. See screenshot: https://imgur.com/BPiWiRQ
