Hello @maxbyer ,
Thanks for your reply, that gives more context to your original questions! ๐
Have you tried this with the
give_formsCPT?Let me know, and also please provide your system information. To do this, navigate to GiveWP > Tools > System Info (tab), click the button to Get System Report and copy/paste ALL of the text in your email reply. ย Here is a (silent) video showing you were to find and copy this info.https://www.loom.com/share/cc68cd6b3ecf4b32b28f3d6656291ba4
I don’t have the Elementor Pro version handy, but most likely I can gain access and do some troubleshooting after I get a setup configured close to yours.
Have a good evening ๐
Hello @maxbyer ,
Glad you reached out, happy to help.
Can you provide more details around “still cannot select a campaign dynamically” on what you are wanting to accomplish? And, are you referring to GiveWP > Campaigns or the Peer-To-Peer campaigns?
Regarding Elementor, there is a GiveWP section of elements that can be added to any existing Elementor page as shown here: https://www.loom.com/i/2a683b6b22924604a4fc7c6561cc2aeb
Let me know please! ๐

Hello @wpassist ,
Glad you reached out, happy to help.
You can apply CSS changes on the visual builder donation forms as long as it’s placed in the Custom Style section.
To do this, make sure you’re in the Design step at the top of the builder, then click on Styles on the right as shown below. And here is what to copy/paste there:
.givewp-layouts-receipt .receipt-footer .donor-dashboard-link {
display:none !important
}I hope this helps to point you in the right direction! Have a great weekend ๐

I know this can be frustrating, but it is not something we can change on our end at this time. That said, I assure you it will connect.
On our previous reply with the screenshots, the last screenshot that says “You’re all set!”, go back to your site behind it and immediately click to refresh the page and it will show it’s connected.
All the best,

Thanks for the screenshots! The key is to repeat that process again, and keep coming back to the PayPal screen in GiveWP and click to refresh the browser page and it will eventually show as connected.
Unfortunately we don’t have any other workarounds to share as this is an issue with how the PayPal Commerce API works when connecting for the first time.
Have a great test of your day! ๐

Glad you reached out, happy to help!
PayPal Donations can be a bit tricky when connecting for the first time. I sometimes have to try 2-3 times, and found that connecting in an incognito/private browser works best.
Here’s what I do when the connection is being troublesome:
- Open an Incognito or private browser instance using a web browser you don’t normally use. For example, we use Chrome as our default browser, but I’ll use a private browser session with Firefox or Safari for the PayPal connection instead
- Once in the browser, login back into your admin. If you are NOT prompted to login, you should be, so use a different browser app
- Navigate back to the GiveWP > Settings > Payment Gateways – PayPal Donations screen
- Click the Connect with PayPal Live button
- Login to your PayPal account
- It says it will redirect you back to your previous screen, but that does not always happen, so go back manually if needed
- You might see an error. Refresh the screen and if it displays a link that says to Recheck Account Status, click that
- If you still see a connection error, refresh again
- After the errors go away, click the Save Changes at the bottom of the screen and that should be the end of it
The good news is this is a one-time connection, so you won’t have to encounter this again on the same website. ย

On that same page, click to disable the Form Archives as shown here.

Also, it’s imperative to visit your Permalinks page after those changes. This is located in your main WordPress – Settings menu. You do not have to make any changes, rather, simply visiting the Permalinks page will “flush” and refresh all of the links on your website.
If this doesn’t solve the issue, please provide screenshots or a screen video showing where your link displays a donation form without being logged in to the site.

Hello @riseandgrow ,
Thanks for sharing the updates!
For the next step, I would like to dig deeper to understand what is happening with GiveWP on your site. I’d like to gain admin access, however, we never want to share those credentials here in the public form.
To do that, can you reach out via our contact form at https://givewp.com/contact-us/? Use the option that says I am responding to a request to contact you. Provide the link to this thread as context, and I’ll be happy to take a look.
Iโm marking this topic as resolved here. See you on the other side on Monday ๐
Hello @riseandgrow ,
Thanks for the updates!
You do NOT have to purchase the Stripe add-on. The issue is not with Stripe themselves, its with the server configuration your website is hosted on, its blocking you from connecting. I would suggest to reach out to your web host support directly, and share the errors in my previous reply and it should be pretty easy for them to correct this.

Hello @jcihula ,
Glad you were able to find the data! It’s easier to see the custom fields all in one screen in the legacy view, so you may want to leave that enabled.
“Is there a way to export a list of all fields collected onย the form, forย a specific form?”
Yes! You can navigate to GiveWP > Tools > Export, click the Generate CSV button to the right of “Export Donation History”. On the next screen, select your donation form in the “Filter by Donation Form” list, and then you’ll see the custom fields specific to that form below the “Standard Columns” section. This allows you to include those custom fields in a CSV export file.
You can also see screenshots of this in our documentation page here:
https://givewp.com/documentation/core/tools/exports-tab/export-donations/#including-custom-fieldsI hope this helps! Have a great rest of your day ๐
