I just tried two other different websites, with different themes and different hosting. And follow the problem to attach files. Apparently it is with some browsers that the failure occurs.

* I disabled all plugins and only left the one for “Contact form 7” and the one for “Contact Form 7 Multi-Step Forms”, cleared the cache and followed the same incident.

– Wp cache fasterIn these days I did many tests and I concluded that the exact problem is that some users are not allowed to attach the photo that I ask to attach in the last step of the form.
When they click on the “select file” button, nothing happens or the file explorer does not appear to find the photo and attach it.
