We’ve been updating the plugin lately, and it seems we didn’t quite update the plugin description the right way, sorry about that. Currently, the plugin displays static counters and does not pull live data from social networks.
We plan to add live data integration in the future, though we don’t have a specific timeline for this feature yet.
In the meantime, you can manually set and update the counters as needed or consider using an alternative plugin. Once again, sorry for the confusion.

That’s correct, sorry. It’s not possible to automatically translate the site or a page either based on the browser’s language or visitor’s IP address.
The only
Automaticfeature is located inGeneral > Display mode. WhenAutomaticis selected, the translation banner will automatically be displayed when the browser’s language is different from the language of your page.Unfortunately, this behavior is solely defined by Google and cannot be changed.

Unfortunately, Google has removed that feature and it’s no longer available.
A plugin update has been just released to remove it from the admin panel.

This plugin and the plugin in our website are different plugins. This forum can only be used to subjects related to the free plugin listed here:
- It’s a front-end plugin, it’ll translate all the texts populated to the screen.
- They aren’t stored, translations happen on the fly.

The menu stops working if the content of the menu entry changes. Regardless if the change comes from a translation plugin or if you manually change the text using browser’s developer tools, once the text changes, that branch of the menu stops working.
You should contact the support of mega menus, they should be able to provide a solution for this.

Thanks for the explanation and video. I’m checking your site and I don’t see the plugin enabled. It’s very hard to know what’s happening without seeing the actual problem and the HTML code.
If you enable the plugin we can take a look. But it looks like you’ll be better off if you contact the developers of the menu, as it’s obvious something is changing and their plugin doesn’t respond well, they’ll be in a much better position to know what could be happening.
In any case, if you enable the plugin, we can take a look. Maybe you can create a test page and place the translator in that page only.
