"Clean, Modern UI and Smooth Multitasking with Snap Layouts"
What do you like best about Windows 11?

Windows 11 has a clean, modern UI that feels smooth and user-friendly. I really like the centered taskbar, the improved window management with Snap Layouts, and the overall performance improvements. Multitasking feels easier because everything is more responsive, and the whole experience looks polished and visually appealing. Overall, I appreciate the clean interface, smooth performance, and improved multitasking features. Snap Layouts, better window management, and the system’s responsiveness help me stay productive during daily work, especially when I’m handling multiple applications at once. What do you dislike about Windows 11?

Some updates can take a while to install, and certain older applications or drivers may run into compatibility issues. The hardware requirements can also be restrictive, especially on older systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secured, reliable and easy to use operating system"
What do you like best about Windows 11?

Windows 11 UI design is aesthetic also practical, the option to align start icons to middle or side is great so that user can set according their usage , Multitasking is piece of cake with new snap layouts which arranges window is efficiently on top OS can remember window placement on multiple windows which comes very handy if when we resume our work, Gaming performance if also improved with HDR support and gaming tools integration to record or take screen shot and to live stream game is very easy now with windows 11, Phone link app improved mobile phone integration for notification and call connection is very easy and sharing files from phone to PC is very fast and efficient. New setting UI is more intuitive and user friendly. Overall an great operating system for work and home usage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Windows 11?

Desing inconsistency in deeper settings still have older design elements , start menu is more boxy and not so good looking, most users still prefer taskbar and start menu on side rather than center. with more and more softwares and design updates windows 11 is more likely to face bugs. Cloud integration and subscription model have raised questions on many users on recurring payments and most people still like to buy and own softwares rather than monthly recurring payments for example office 365. "Windows 11 Pro: Modern Design with Better Productivity tools"
What do you like best about Windows 11?

I am using Windows 11 Pro, and what I like best about it is its clean and modern interface, it is very smooth and easy to use. Its most useful aspect is the multitasking feature like snap layouts, along with Pro features like BitLocker and Remote Desktop. Overall, It's fast and secure, making it excellent for both work and daily use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Windows 11?

I am using Windows 11 Pro, and what I didn't like is that, due to its new layout, finding certain settings has become difficult, and the start menu feels a bit more limited compared to before Windows version. Additionally, updates sometimes introduce issues or bugs, and some features feel useless (widgets) or require too many clicks to use. Overall, it is good, but there is still room for improvement. "Smooth Transition, Boosted Performance with Minor Glitches"
What do you like best about Windows 11?

I find Windows 11 to be very user-friendly and helpful for day-to-day activities. The performance and security improvements are noticeable compared to the previous version. The UI looks great, and I appreciate the built-in apps like the Snipping Tool, Photos app, and Accessibility tools, which aid in performing daily tasks. The Snipping Tool helps in taking snapshots of issues during test activities, and the Photos app allows me to edit and highlight problematic areas effectively. The transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11 was very smooth, and the initial setup was very easy, with the ability to schedule updates conveniently. With Copilot AI, task becomes easier to complete. What do you dislike about Windows 11?

Sometimes I see BSOD after overnight use of Windows 11. The only problem I see so far is, Windows 11 hangs sometimes if we continuously use it. At the end of the day, without shutting your laptop, if you close, the next day we see the BSOD problem sometimes, which is really not satisfactory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Its Like Slimming Down to Lean Muscle"
What do you like best about Windows 11?

Windows 11 has been around for a moment, and we are all moving towards it being the new flagship primary OS that the world will be using

its so easy to install as long as you know how to install it and use it

comes with everything you need to use on a day to day even if you are using a pro license home license or enterprise license

it's so well put together that compared to windows vista and Windows XP (talking about you Windows XP 15) and all of its variations that was a loaded package on its own

Customer Support is always there its Microsoft they're always there

I use Win 11 everyday Support it everyday and work through it and all of the new and amazing things that's so much easier to use than before windows 8.1 was always on the block.

We have been rolling out alot of windows 11 upgrades and it works with all applications that everyone uses on a day today and integrates all of the applications one would need to use to perform one's job with ease

Recently all customers successfully transitioned and migrated over to win 11 and things are much better for everyone apps worked instantly after using the windows 11 assistant via rmm to complete upgrades even profile settings worked Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Windows 11?

Windows 11 is not for the faint of heart so it will be a big adjustment for those that go directly from windows 7 to 11

but it doesn't have any flaws or gaps its near perfect most people would only mention that it's so modern and streamlines that it feels foreign for your first few weeks of using it when you change

"Efficient and user friendly system for managing daily work tasks"
What do you like best about Windows 11?

As a Branch Operations Manager, I use Windows 11 daily on my system for emails, reports, and internal work. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which helps me work without confusion. Features like snap layouts and quick switching between applications are useful when handling multiple tasks together. It makes my daily work more organized and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Windows 11?

The overall experience is good, but sometimes updates take time and can interrupt work. Also, a few settings are placed differently compared to earlier versions, so it takes some time to get used to them. However, these are small issues and do not affect regular work much. "Modern, Intuitive UI with Productivity-Boosting Features and Seamless Microsoft Integration"
What do you like best about Windows 11?

What I like best about Windows 11 is its modern and intuitive UI/UX, which feels clean, visually appealing, and easy to navigate. Features like Snap Layouts and virtual desktops significantly improve productivity and multitasking.

From an integrations standpoint, it works seamlessly with Microsoft services like OneDrive, Teams, and Office, making it especially useful in both personal and professional environments.

Performance is generally smooth and optimized, with faster boot times and better resource management compared to previous versions. It handles everyday tasks efficiently and supports newer hardware well.

In terms of pricing/ROI, Windows 11 offers good value, especially for users already in the Windows ecosystem, as upgrades are often free and the productivity gains justify the investment.

Support and onboarding are also solid, with a user-friendly setup process, helpful tips, and strong documentation from Microsoft, making it easy even for less technical users to get started.

Lastly, the growing AI and intelligence features like Copilot integration, add a forward-looking advantage, helping users automate tasks, get quick assistance, and improve overall efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Windows 11?

What I dislike about Windows 11 is that, despite its polished UI/UX, some design changes reduce usability, for example, the simplified context menus and limited taskbar customization can feel restrictive compared to Windows 10.

In terms of integrations, while Microsoft services are tightly built-in, it can feel overly pushy, with frequent prompts to use Edge, OneDrive, or Teams, even when you prefer alternatives.

Performance is generally good, but on older or unsupported hardware it can feel heavier, and system requirements (like TPM 2.0) limit accessibility for many users.

From a pricing/ROI perspective, while upgrades are often free, the value isn’t always compelling enough to justify switching immediately, especially if your current setup is stable on Windows 10.

Support and onboarding are decent, but forced updates and occasional confusing settings organization can frustrate users trying to maintain control over their system.

Lastly, while AI features like Copilot are promising, they still feel early-stage and not deeply integrated into everyday workflows yet, so the practical value can be inconsistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for WSL2 and Docker, but still feels bloated"
What do you like best about Windows 11?

The refined UI and window snapping features in Windows 11, combined with PowerToys, have significantly optimized my multitasking workflow between SQL Server, n8n, and GeneXus. The system provides a high-performance environment for dockerized architectures and local LLM deployments, offering superior memory management and stability. From an ROI standpoint, the native WSL2 integration eliminates the cost of third-party virtualization, while the built-in AI tools accelerate the troubleshooting of technical logs. This is backed by a robust support ecosystem and extensive documentation, ensuring that complex integrations remain seamless and professional uptime is maximized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Windows 11?

The UI still feels inconsistent in deeper system settings, often requiring multiple clicks to reach legacy menus, which impacts navigation speed. Integration with enterprise hardware can be hindered by arbitrary TPM requirements, affecting the ROI of existing hardware fleets. Performance-wise, the default telemetry and pre-installed bloatware consume unnecessary cycles that should be reserved for local LLM and Docker workloads. Furthermore, while the AI features are promising, their forced implementation can feel intrusive, and the support documentation occasionally lags behind for specific technical edge cases in virtualization, making onboarding for specialized development environments more time-consuming than necessary. "Great for Dev Workflows with WSL 2 and Snap Layouts, but Feels Resource-Heavy"
What do you like best about Windows 11?

As an AI/ML engineer, what I appreciate most about Windows 11 is how much more developer-friendly it has become. The seamless integration of Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL 2) lets me run Python scripts, Docker containers, and Linux-based ML workflows natively, without the hassle of dual-booting. On top of that, the new Snap Layouts are genuinely helpful for multitasking. I can quickly arrange VS Code, my terminal, and browser documentation side by side, which works perfectly with my multi-monitor setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Windows 11?

I dislike how resource-intensive Windows 11 can feel right out of the box. There seem to be too many background services, telemetry processes, and pre-installed apps (bloatware) running at once. When I’m training heavy machine learning models or running Docker containers locally, I need as much RAM and CPU as possible, and the OS overhead sometimes ends up competing with my development tools. "Windows 11: Best Operating system"
What do you like best about Windows 11?

The best thing about windows 11 is that its Windows. We basically don't have any good alternative for Windows coz its GOAT. I know we have Linux, Chrome OS, Mac OS. But Linus is not meant for casual office worker who want to do his work quickly. Chrome OS is lacking compatibility and features with many softwires, amd Mac OS is simply not affordable at all for startup company.

Its design is very modern and cool, that is good but it needs good computing power of system, to make use of all its features including inbuilt ai Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Windows 11?

On an ideal stage of fresh install it consumes 50% ram at 16gb gig, for unnecessary background processes its completely waste of resources Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
