Over the last several years, I’ve had the privilege of helping grow our family business, Thomas Plumbing and Pipe Lining, while building a people-first culture centered around exceptional service, strong teams, and creating meaningful opportunities within the trades. I’m passionate about helping elevate the perception of skilled trades careers and supporting the next generation entering this industry. Selected from over 1,300 nominations across 44 states alongside forty of the most accomplished young operators in the trades. That is not something I take lightly. I’m honored to share that I’ve been named to the 2026 Trades 40 Under 40 list. Over the last several years, I’ve had the opportunity to help build and lead client care and dispatch operations within the home service industry. Creating processes, training teams, improving customer experience, and helping support the growth of a rapidly evolving company. What started as stepping into challenges and figuring things out along the way turned into a career I’m incredibly passionate about. I’m especially grateful to the team at Luminous Electric for taking a chance on me, investing in my growth, and giving me the opportunity to build something meaningful alongside them.
