I’m incredibly honored and grateful to be recognized as part of the Housecall Pro Trades 40 Under 40 Class of 2026. To be selected alongside so many talented leaders across the skilled trades industry is truly humbling. This recognition represents so much more than individual achievement. It reflects the people, mentors, teammates, customers, and industry professionals who have helped shape my journey along the way. Over the last several years, I’ve had the privilege of helping grow our family business, Thomas Plumbing and Pipe Lining, while building a people-first culture centered around exceptional service, strong teams, and creating meaningful opportunities within the trades. I’m passionate about helping elevate the perception of skilled trades careers and supporting the next generation entering this industry. None of this would be possible without my husband, Thomas Mewherter, who is not only the hardest working person I know, but truly the best business partner I could ask for. Building this business together while raising our family has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. I’m also deeply thankful for our incredible team, whose dedication and commitment make everything we do possible, and for the community of trade professionals, mentors, and friends who have challenged me, encouraged me, and helped shape me into the leader I am today.
