Something I recently heard at ServiceNow Knowledge 2026 has been stuck in my head. The thing slowing most companies down isn't budget or headcount… it's workflow. And most of it is completely invisible. Think about it.. the requests, the approvals, the follow-ups that just quietly eat everyone's day. ServiceNow EmployeeWorks is the one place where employees can ask the AI, Otto, anything in plain language. Otto finds the answer, connects to the right workflows, and resolves it.
