I absolutely love Martins Pharmacy! The pharmacist and the clerks are extremely kind, and helpful! They all are willing to help and provide any assistance! I ended up moving thirty minutes away from the Eldersburg location and still keep them as my pharmacy. They know who I am and always makes sure that they are in stock of what I need (unless some issue with medicine shortages that are going on right now). I will keep them as long as I can regardless of location. I highly recommend the Eldersburg location!

I absolutely love Martins Pharmacy! The pharmacist and the clerks are extremely kind, and helpful! They all are willing to help and provide any assistance! I can’t login to my Martins pharmacy account

Sine the last update I can no longer sign in. I have tried calling twice and each time it will automatically disconnect the phone call after about 15 minutes of waiting for someone to answer. I have tried chatting with someone 4 times and once I explain in detail the issue, in mid chat it stops me from replying to the rep. I have even tried using the feedback option and ask a pharmacist pages and still no response. I used the write a review on the AppStore page thinking that someone would reach out to me like many of the other apps do when you leave a negative review but no one has tried to reach out as of yet. I never had any issues with this app before the last update and I see that many other people have left the same issue about the last update. I’m hoping that someone will reach out this time however I don’t think anyone will ???

Convenient and easy to use

The app saves me time from having to call an automated system and go through the prompts with a robot to request a refill and if you have to refill more than one it takes a while. I love that Martin’s is convenient and friendly and I love the app!

I have never met an app so frustrating. Half the time you can’t login because it forgets you ever existed. So you go to reset the password you put the new password in and it just sits there and times out or it tells you that this email is already in use. So you can’t login when you need to to look at your prescriptions and your families so you have to go in and wait in line to figure out what’s going on. It’s 2025! Make the app work! You have the money.Also, the postive reviews on this app are from people REVIEWING THE ACTUAL PHARMACY NOT THE APP! 😑
