I most often find four things: images nobody optimized, plugins nobody needs, caching nobody set up, and poorly configured loading priorities. It sounds simple – and yet it makes a difference of tens of percent in speed.

I go through your site and deliver a clear HTML report. I tell you what to fix first, what can wait, and what you can safely ignore.

  • Core Web Vitals – LCP, CLS, INP, TTFB
  • Images – format, size, lazy loading, responsive variants
  • JS and CSS – what blocks rendering, what’s unnecessary, what can be deferred
  • Caching and compression – browser and server cache setup, gzip/brotli
  • Plugins – unnecessary, duplicate, outdated, slow
  • Security – update status of WP/plugins/themes, headers (CSP, HSTS), vulnerabilities
  • Third-party scripts – analytics, chat widgets, ads, and their impact on speed

We go through the report together in a 30-minute online call. I explain what’s critical, what can wait, and where the cost-to-benefit ratio is best. Great if you don’t have a developer on hand or want to hear what it all means in practice.

You don’t just want a report – you want a faster site. I find the problems and fix them right away. Image optimization, cleaning up slow scripts, setting up caching, removing unnecessary plugins.

I’m at home in WordPress. For other tech stacks it depends on the scope – tell me what you’re dealing with and we’ll figure it out.
