Thank you for the update @antonop4u , and I am glad to hear that the issue is resolved.
Yes it seems like it was connected to cache/optimization on the website as suspected.
Should you require further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

In reply to: [Photo Gallery by 10Web - Mobile-Friendly Image Gallery] Override view.phpHi @msgrpusher ,
I sincerely apologize for the misinformation we have previously provided. We want to assure you that we’re committed to providing accurate and helpful information.
Unfortunately there is no way to override the view.php file in a way that the changes would stay intact after the plugin update, as updates will always override the view.php file.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

In reply to: [Photo Gallery by 10Web - Mobile-Friendly Image Gallery] no images were foundHi @holzfelix ,
I sincerely apologize for the misinformation we have previously provided. We want to assure you that we’re committed to providing accurate and helpful information.
We have confirmed with our developers that there is no way to change the default path however we have not changed the path in the recent updates.
It is the same as wp-content/uploads/photo-gallery
Unless you were using an outdated version and a new update has changed that.
Regarding the issue, we checked the page and noticed that the URL/path of the images that are loading are the same as the ones that are not, those images simply return a 404 even when checked with direct link.
Please check the files and make sure the image is still there.
If they are present, but with a different name, or in a different folder than the URL, you can of course try to manually move them/rename them.
If not, I am afraid the only way would be to re-upload the images and add them to the gallery.
Hope you find this instructions helpful

YasinHi @alinur05 ,
Thank you for posting your question in our forum!
Please note that we have only one option for We have a ‘Tag’ select field in the short code popup, or when you are inserting the gallery to a page directly, where you can easily choose tags to retrieve images by tag. If you’d like to use a more customized way of selecting images, some MySQL knowledge would be require as we keep tag information in a separate table, and the query you posted will not work.
Unfortunately, we do not provide support for custom queries, but we will be happy to help you with any other issue/question that have.
Best Regards
YasinHi @antonop4u,
Thank you for posting your issue in our forum!
Would you please confirm if you have any sort of optimization/caching plugin on the website ?
If so, would you please try to disable them temporarily and check if the gallery loads afterward ?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards,
YasinHi @web405 ,
Thank you for posting your question!
Unfortunately, the product does not have the mentioned functionality yet. However, the feature you wish to have would be a great addition. So could you please add your suggestion to our Submit Your Idea page?
Our development team will consider working on this for further updates.
Alternatively, you could fill in the image description, which loads on the bottom of the images.
Please note that you will need to enable the “Show image descriptions” from the gallery settings as by default it is disabled.

In reply to: [Photo Gallery by 10Web - Mobile-Friendly Image Gallery] Back ButtonThank you for letting us know @jure61s .
Glad to hear that it worked & you’re always welcome!Hi @arnerobot ,
Thank you for posting your question.
In the LightBox settings of our photo gallery, we have an option named “Show Captcha For Comments.” The “Enable GDPR compliance” option will disable the “Show Captcha For Comments” option. This is because the “Show Captcha For Comments” option is not GDPR compliant
However this option ( Show Captcha For Comments) is available only in premium version of the plugin, Please note that in the WordPress.org forum, we only reply to free product-related questions. For questions regarding the Premium version, please get in touch with our support team using the following form.
Let me know if you have any further questions or if the answer helped you!

In reply to: [Photo Gallery by 10Web - Mobile-Friendly Image Gallery] Back ButtonHi @jure61s ,
Thanks for letting us know about this issue. Our developers have been informed and will be fixing it in future updates. In the meantime, here’s a quick workaround:
Access your WordPress files: You can do this using a file manager, FTP, or SFTP.
Find the language files: Go to the following folder: wp-content -> plugins -> photo-gallery -> languages
Rename the files: Locate these two files:
photo-gallery-sl.mo
photo-gallery-sl.po
Rename them to:
photo-gallery-sl_SI.mo
photo-gallery-sl_SI.po
If the “Back” button has already been translated, this should fix the text display. Please let us know if this worked for you!
Best regards,
YasinDear @wosinekp,
Thank you for the update.
The best practice would be to try and disable the preloader, but as you mentioned you are not able to do that at this moment we have enabled an option on all of your website to load the JS files automatically, without waiting for the user’s interaction.
Please check and let us know if this fixed the issue.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Best Regards,
YasinHi @wosinekp ,
Thank you for posting your issue.
As we checked you have a preloader enabled on the homepage of your website.
10Web Booster Delay JS functionality delays your JS files and attaches them after the user interacts with the page (hover/scroll/click)
That is why the page stays on the preloader’s progress bar till you scroll down.
Please try to disable the preloader and let us know if this fixed the issue.Looking forward to hearing back from you.

YasinHi @dealyouz
Thank you for posting your issue.
If you have changed the default optimizing mode and it did not have any affect on the issue, it means 10Web booster was not able to clear the cache or there is a conflict with another optimizing plugin on your website.
Please make sure to disable any optimizing/caching plugin other than 10Web booster or manually clear the cache if you have server side caching enabled and check if the issue is resolved.
