Hi @mohamedbou,
Sorry for the delayed response here.Could you please share more details on how you checked that the assets are being served without cache?
For example, you can share a screenshot from the browser Network tab, PageSpeed/Lighthouse results, or any specific cache headers/messages you are seeing.
Once we have that, we’ll be happy to check whether this is expected behavior, a configuration issue.
Hi @mhales86
Sorry for the delayed response here. This is a known warning, and our team will try to address it in future updates. However, this warning itself should not prevent galleries from being created.
If Photo Gallery works correctly in Health Check troubleshooting mode, then the issue is most likely caused by a conflict with another plugin or the theme.
Please try enabling the other plugins one by one in troubleshooting mode to find the conflict.

Hi @libertaemotiva,
Sorry for the delayed response here.I can see that the website is currently disconnected from 10Web Booster.
Please connect it again from the plugin, and we’ll be happy to check the optimization issue further from our end.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Photo Gallery by 10Web - Mobile-Friendly Image Gallery] pictures not showingHi @wpgurutech,
Sorry for the delayed response here. This is usually related to lazy load conflicts from cache/optimization plugins.
Please clear all cache layers after disabling WP Rocket, then check again. if this resolved the issue, you can also try to look for lazy load options within WP Rocket and try to only disable those.
Hi @geoffreym,
Sorry for the delayed response here.If you are still experiencing this issue, please try disabling lazy load for background images from the Booster settings, then clear the cache and check again.
If the issue continues, please share the affected page URL and a screenshot of the missing image section, and we’ll be happy to check further.
Hi @neonforrest,
Sorry for the delayed response here.Yes, we are aware of the deprecated notices with PHP 8.4, and our team is planning to address them in future plugin updates.
Hi @pietgolf
Sorry for the delayed response here.Could you please confirm if you were able to figure this out, or if the issue still persists?
If it still continues, please share screenshots of the actual issue, your plugin settings, and the list of active plugins.
Once we have that, we’ll be happy to check further.
Hi @new345543,
Sorry for the delayed response here. The website link no longer seems to load on our end. Could you please confirm if the issue still persists?
Please note that 10Web Booster does not optimize pages for logged-in users, so it should not affect the WordPress dashboard speed directly.
If the dashboard is still slow, the issue may be related to server resources, plugins, database load, or other background processes.Hi @jepe63,
Sorry for the delayed response here.Could you please confirm if you are still experiencing this issue?
The screenshot links are no longer accessible, so if the issue still continues, please share updated screenshots and the gallery page URL where only 10 images are showing.Once we have that, we’ll be happy to check further.
Hi @barcode20,
Sorry for the delayed response here.Since the slider and menu work correctly when 10Web Booster is deactivated, this may be related to JS/CSS optimization compatibility with the theme.
Please try switching between the available optimization modes and check which one works best for your website.
You can also try excluding the affected theme/plugin files from optimization, especially the slider-related scripts and the menu/header CSS files. After making the changes, please clear the cache and check again.
Hi @jason0315,
Could you please confirm if you are still experiencing this issue? The link you shared points to the WordPress admin dashboard, so we are not able to view the affected page from our end.
Could you please share a screenshot of the issue and, if possible, the public page URL where the problem appears?
Once we have that, we’ll be happy to check further.
Hi @gupitalia,
Sorry for the delayed response here.
The link you shared does not seem to load on our end at the moment, so could you please confirm if you are still experiencing this issue?
In most cases, thumbnails not loading can be related to cache, image optimization, lazy load, or another optimization plugin conflict.
Please try clearing all website/CDN/browser cache and temporarily disabling any image optimization or lazy load options to check if the thumbnails start loading again.
If the issue still continues, please share an updated working page URL, and we’ll be happy to check further.
Hi @kennethw604
Sorry for the delayed response here.We are looking at the galleries in the link you have shared and the thumbnails seem to be okay. could you please confirm if you are still experiencing this issue?
If yes, please try checking whether any image optimization, lazy load, CDN, or caching feature is serving resized/compressed versions of the thumbnails on the front end.
Since the thumbnails are generated at 800×534 but displayed at 400×267, the dimensions themselves look correct for retina screens, so the issue may be related to how the images are being compressed, cached, or rendered by the theme/browser.
Please try clearing all website/CDN/browser cache and temporarily disabling other image optimization or lazy load features to see if the thumbnails become sharper.
Hi @minamalk,
Sorry for the delayed response here.
Since the sticky header issue is usually JavaScript-related, please try excluding the related plugin/theme scripts from optimization using:
10Web Booster > Settings > 1-Click Exclusion
After that, clear the cache and check the homepage again.
For the popup login styling issue, it sounds more CSS-related. In this case, please add the related plugin/theme CSS files to:
10Web Booster > Settings > Advanced Settings > CSS Exclusion
Then clear the cache again and recheck the homepage.
If the issue still continues, please share which plugin or theme feature is used for the sticky header and popup login, and we’ll be happy to check further
