I like that Hostie was made by restaurant owners who understand the problems we face in the industry. The software reflects that and helps in the most concise way. I also use the transcript dashboard the most to monitor anything on follow-up.

We’ve been using Hostie at Layla in Brooklyn for about 2 years, and honestly it’s been a game changer. Hospo comes with enough daily chaos, but Hostie has taken a huge weight off our shoulders. Its been unreal. Hostie has been great with helping to answer calls coming into our restaurant. It allows for many questions to be answered and create reservations even when we are closed. The Hostie team has also been a huge help in the addition of the product. Could not be happier!
